Ingredients (to serve 2):
- 1 cup of crushed ice
- Half a cup of non-fat yoghurt
- Half a cup of non-fat milk
- 2 bananas (peeled and chopped)
- Handful of mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries)
- 2 teaspoons of Vitalife matcha cooking grade powder
Instructions:
- Blend the crushed ice with the yoghurt and milk
- Add the bananas and berries, and blend
- Finally, add the Matcha powder and blend once more
