Matcha Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients (to serve 2):

  • 1 cup of crushed ice
  • Half a cup of non-fat yoghurt
  • Half a cup of non-fat milk
  • 2 bananas (peeled and chopped)
  • Handful of mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries)
  • 2 teaspoons of Vitalife matcha cooking grade powder



Instructions:

  1. Blend the crushed ice with the yoghurt and milk
  2. Add the bananas and berries, and blend
  3. Finally, add the Matcha powder and blend once more
